General Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of activation codes for the digital health application Vertidisan® via the medical device shop of Digitineers GmbH & Co. KG, Austria: Mariahilfer Str. 123/3, 1060 Vienna (info@vertidisan.com), Germany: August-Bebel-Str. 9, 72072 Tübingen (Headquarters).

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract for the purchase of an activation code is concluded through your order in the medical device shop and our confirmation. Vertidisan is a CE-marked medical device; a medical prescription is not required for purchase in every case, but is required for any cost reimbursement.

3. Prices & Payment

The prices stated in the shop at the time of order apply, including statutory VAT. Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

4. Usage Rights

With the activation code you receive a non-transferable right to use the Vertidisan app for the duration of a 90-day therapy program. Passing on the code to third parties is not permitted.

5. Right of Withdrawal

For digital health applications, the statutory right of withdrawal may be limited once performance (activation) has begun. Details on your right of withdrawal are provided during the order process in the medical device shop.

6. Warranty & Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable for damages only in cases of intent, gross negligence, or breach of a material contractual obligation, in the latter case limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

7. Final Provisions

German law applies. Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Further information can be found in the Legal Notice.
