Vertidisan contains the scientifically evaluated VH90D therapy program for use at home – for patients with vertigo due to a disorder of the balance system (ear or vestibular nerve).
90 days, new sessions daily
For 90 days you receive daily varying, regularly new therapy sessions of usually 10–20 minutes. These are based primarily on scientifically studied balance training methods, supplemented by autogenic training and progressive muscle relaxation to restore and maintain body balance. Also included: cognitive behavioral therapy for coping with stress and illness; additional muscle training for those prone to falls.
Therapy goal: reorganization of nerve connections in the balance system – "central compensation" based on the plasticity of the central nervous system.
Includes therapy monitoring, an optional physician's report, and digital transmission to the ePA or the patient information system of many physician practices.
